1. Position Overview
The Junior Sales & Marketing Representative assists in sales operations by supporting client communication, following up on quotations, and helping maintain CRM records. This is a field + office hybrid role with growth potential into a full sales portfolio based on performance.
2. Department Purpose
The Sales & Marketing team generates revenue and represents iCare Pack in the market. The junior role supports this by handling communication, client onboarding steps, and ensuring timely coordination between customers and internal departments.
3. Core Responsibilities
Sales Support & Communication
Follow up with clients after sending quotations or samples
Answer customer inquiries and coordinate delivery status with logistics
Support senior reps on high-volume or urgent client interactions
Send reminders to clients for approvals, PO issuance, or payments
CRM & Documentation
Maintain clean and updated client records in the CRM or spreadsheets
Archive contracts, quotations, and client documents
Schedule client visits and log meeting notes
Prospecting & Admin
Conduct basic research to identify new leads or industries
Assist in preparing marketing materials or presentation kits
Collect feedback from clients and share it with senior staff

Days: Saturday to Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM → Client follow-up & emails
12:30 PM – 5:30 PM → Admin, reporting, and support tasks
Occasional client visits with seniors

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
